Ticketing & Refund Policy
Ticketing & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizers. In such cases, or if the event is rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters), attendees will be notified with options for a refund or credit.

Live At Present adheres to the public health and safety regulations set by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) and the local authorities of Bagmati Province. If health mandates are in place at the time of the event (e.g., mask-wearing, social distancing), attendees must comply. Please be responsible for your own health and respectful of others’ well-being.

The event organizers are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees are advised to take care of their belongings and participate at their own risk, in accordance with the General Civil Code (Muluki Ain) of Nepal.

By entering the event premises, you grant permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any form of violence will not be tolerated. Individuals violating these expectations may be removed from the event and reported to local authorities under the Public Offense Act of Nepal.

All performances, artworks, and creative content presented at the event remain the intellectual property of the respective artists and Live At Present. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act 2059 (2002).

Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas and by individuals of legal drinking age, in compliance with the Excise laws of Bagmati Province. The use or possession of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited and will be addressed according to the Narcotic Drugs Control Act of Nepal.

Vendor & Brand Participation
Vendor & Brand Participation
Vendors, food stalls, clothing lines, and other brands participating in the event do so as independent entities. Their presence does not imply a legal or business partnership with Live At Present.
Any concerns, complaints, or disputes related to vendor products, services, pricing, or behavior must be addressed directly with the respective vendor.
Live At Present shall not be held liable for any issues arising between attendees and participating vendors, in accordance with Nepal’s Consumer Protection Act 2075 (2018) and relevant trade laws under Bagmati Province jurisdiction.
Vendors, food stalls, clothing lines, and other brands participating in the event do so as independent entities. Their presence does not imply a legal or business partnership with Live At Present.
